St-Germain Ginger Spice Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz St-Germain 
  • 2 oz Ginger ale
  • 2 oz Sparkling wine
  • 4-6 Mint leaves
  • Grated cinnamon 
  • Garnish: mint, orange, cinamon stick, and edible flower 

Method: Build over ice

St-Germain Winter Garden Spritz

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 oz St-Germain
  • .75 oz Grey Goose Essences White Peach & Rosemary
  • 1.5 oz Sparkling rosé
  • 2 oz Sparkling water
  • Grated cinnamon
  • Garnish: Rosemary and 3 peach slices

Method: Build over ice

St-Germain Cranberry Spritz 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz St-Germain 
  • 1.5 oz Soda water
  • 2 oz Sparkling rosé
  • .75 oz Cranberry juice
  • Garnish: mint, 3 cranberries, edible flower

Method: Build over ice

St-Germain Hugo Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz St-Germain
  • 2 oz Sparkling wine
  • 2 oz Soda water
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Garnish: mint bouquet and lime wedge

Method: Build in glass, stir to incorporate

St-Germain Festive Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz St-Germain
  • 2 oz Sparkling rosé
  • 2 oz Soda water
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • Garnish: mint bouquet, edible flowers, redcurrant

Method: Build in glass, stir to incorporate

St-Germain Festive Margarita

Ingredients:

  • .75 oz St-Germain
  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .33 oz Winter agave syrup*

Method: Combine all ingredients in a tin. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into glass.

*How to make Winter Spice Agave Syrup: Add .5 cup of Agave Syrup and .25 cup of water to a saucepan on medium heat until a soft boil. Add 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 star anise, and 6 allspice berries to mixture and reduce heat to low. Allow to steep for 15 minutes, strain, and allow to cool before use.
