Scents for Jetsetters
Become a global scentsation with this new fragrance line
Inhale. It’s the first thing you do whenever you touch down in a new city.
And that smell has been the one souvenir you couldn’t bring back with you – that is, until The Scent of Departure came along.
The unisex fragrance collection was created by Magali Senequier and Gérald Ghislain, the noses behind Histoires de Parfums. With their new travel inspired line, the pair captured the essence of 17 cities across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
But exactly what does your favorite metropolis smell like? You’ll never forget New York’s sweet apple and rose notes, which reminds us of cocktails and cabs on a balmy summer night. Miami brings memories of mojitos on the beach. London smells like the guy we want to get to know better: Earl Grey tea, leather and citrus. Orchid blossoms and woody spice define Singapore.
Each of the rectangular spray bottles are labelled with baggage claim tags and the three letter airport code of its namesake.
The Scent of Departure is on time for its April 26th arrival and will be available at Henri Bendel New York, Harvey Nichols in London and Edition in Tokyo. 1.7 oz eau de toilette, $45.
