The Key (Chain) to Your Heart
There’s a certain nostalgia that goes with a key ring.
You got your first when your parents decided you were responsible enough to get your own set of keys. You may have bought one with hopes to one day put a dream car key on it. Or you put one in a little box to drum up anticipation for a gift of a house or car to a loved one.
Given that our keys are so important and get so much use, a fly little trinket would complement their everyday wear and tear. Besides, that extra little jingle from our keys just makes us happier when we use them. Here are a few we're feeling.
Besides being super cute, Prada’s classic Teddy Bear key chains change outfits each season. The assortments range from rock star bears and robots to hip-hop bears clad in little Prada get-ups. $220 at Prada’s e-boutique.
Add a dash of French panache to the keys for your German or Italian ride with a black leather calfskin "Lucky Horseshoe" keyring. $150 at Hermes.
Tiffany & Co.'s iconic silver beams with an engraved ID number bearing the directive, “Please Return To.” Hopefully, they'll never stray too far from home (at least not without you). $125-175 at Tiffany.
