Let's Go Ajungo

Don’t you hate when you’re leaving a vacation and bump into a group of your college buddies heading directly into the resort you just left? And even though you get the sudden urge to reschedule your flight, you know it’s impossible to do at the last minute without being penalized with airline fees.

In that moment of frustration, you can’t help but wonder how awesome your vacation really would have been had you known that your friends were coming to the same place a week later.

And your friends are all like “Ummm! We posted our plans on Facebook weeks ago…” But of course you only remember snarky status updates about the NBA lockout and Youtube video of tutu-wearing kiddies channeling Nicki Minaj.

Wouldn’t it be brilliant to have a tool that extracted all of your friends' upcoming travel info so that you could use their tips when you’re in unfamiliar territory? Or, possibly hook up with them when you’re in the same city?

Well good, because that’s what the founders of Ajungo.com had in mind.

Ajungo (A-Joon-Go), is a new social travel company that helps you build travel connections based on your social media network. The three step sign-up process is seamless and allows you to see your friends and followers’ travel plans and/or recommendations right away.

No need to worry about putting your business out there for fear of unwanted guests popping up on your boys (or girls) trip to Vegas, because Ajungo won’t publish any itineraries without your permission. They also do an excellent job of allowing you to control and share certain trips with specific audiences. For instance, if you’re connected with your boss on Linkedin but not on Facebook, you can make sure they only see photos from your business trips - as if you have anything that's NSFW.
