Teri and Andrea

Teri Johnson
World Traveler, International Party Girl!

Teri has lived and traveled in various parts of the world including France, South Africa, and Brazil working, studying and recording her journeys. She has traveled to over 40 countries and speaks Spanish, French, Italian, and conversational Portuguese.

Teri is an independent producer and director with projects ranging from feature films to social and cultural documentaries. She is in post production of her first feature-length narrative film entitled “Hey Diddle Diddle”, has served as producer on “Jury of Our Peers” in April 2008; and in pre-production of “The Red Robin”, an indie psychological thriller. She also works as a freelance producer with Time Inc. Studios, Essence Magazine, and Live Apart Concierge.

With her partner Andrea, she most recently produced video content on the black filmmaker experience at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival for the Sundance Channel online; co-hosted red carpet celebrity interviews for the Apollo Legends Spring Benefit, hosted a New Orleans travel segment for AOL; and was featured on “All Girls Getaway” on Fine Living in May 2008.

Prior to living in New York, she co-produced and hosted a weekly entertainment television show that reached 10 million households in Florida and Georgia. In addition to Teri’s television acumen, she has years of modeling experience ranging from television commercials to print ads, and swimsuit calendars.

Teri holds a Masters in Business Administration and a certificate of achievement from the Universitè de Paris-Sorbonne. She also studied Italian at Lorenzo de Medici in Florence, Italy and has extensive training from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) and the New York Film Academy in New York City.

Andrea Adams

Andrea is the co-founder of TravelGirls Unlimited LLC. Andrea’s work and travel assignments have taken her to more than 30 countries around the world. Her fascination for style, art, and culture comes through whether she is cooking with chefs, dancing flamenco, touring le Louvre, or celebrating the running of the bulls festival in Pamplona. Andrea lived in Europe for several years and has produced cultural travel segments in Greece, Sweden, Argentina, South Africa, and Italy.

Andrea has interviewed sommeliers, ethnologists, and celebrities. Most recently, with her partner Teri, she co-hosted red carpet celebrity interviews and hosted a New Orleans webisode series for AOL. She was featured in series “All Girls Getaway” for Fine Living Network; and has been interviewed on Chuck D’s Air America program. Andrea has also modeled in Europe and can be seen on Fashion TV in South America.

Andrea earned a BS and MBA on full scholarship from Florida A & M University, speaks Italian and French, and has studied at the School of Visual Arts, Cape’s Coaching, Chicago City Limits, and Media Bistro in New York. Andrea is also the creator of The Velvet Circle, a broadband video channel highlighting the best in art, style, and luxury in NYC. Andrea splits her time between NYC and Italy.
