Saturday, March 26, MIZANI, Select Strands and COCOACHiC celebrate women’s history month with “I Am Not My Hair” – a panel and discussion on diverse perspectives of hair types and hairstyles.  The event will be hosted at Select Strands’ Showroom in Manhattan and focuses on the journey African American women have taken in caring for their hair and the unspoken statements made in their choices, from natural and relaxed styles to weaves and wigs.
