Copper Beech Farm is breaking real estate records as America’s most expensive home for sale with an asking price of $190 million. The pricey Greenwich, Conn. pad, located about 45 minutes north of New York City, spans 50 acres of land with approximately a mile of water frontage on the Long Island Sound.
According to Forbes, a few of the home’s features include two offshore islands, 12 bedrooms, seven full baths and two half baths, a wood-paneled library, a 1,800-foot-long driveway, a clock tower, three-bedroom gatehouse, six-car garage, spa, multiple greenhouses and more.
You know, nothing big.
Only time will tell on what this multi-million dollar abode will sell for, but its buyer will certainly pay a pretty penny. Check out more photos of the property after the jump!
