As the weather warms up, and spring is on the horizon, we might begin to feel the need to clear out. At this time, it would be beneficial to remember that our material world reflects what is going on in our inner-world.
As we clean and clear out our space, we must remember to do the same with our bodies. We can clear out old emotional patterns that no longer serve us, or do a physical cleanse that has been approved by our healthcare practitioners.
There are an abundance of ways to clear the energy and ready ourselves for spring. Look inside and meditate on what your body needs. Although the process is personal, it might help to create an integrity group, a small gathering of people with whom you can report your progress or share your concerns.
We are all in this together.
In honor of spring cleaning here are our Well-Life Maintenance Goals for March:
Spiritual: On March 11, Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra are offering a free 21-Day Meditation Challenge (or meditation gift, as I call it). This is a wonderful opportunity to align with the divine energy that surrounds us.
Mental: Really engage with the mental activities that already exist in your life. If your job calls for mental activity, bring excitement to the challenge. If you like to read, read books that will enlighten you in someway. Take this time to be present in your learning, rather than going with the motions.
Emotional: LOVE YOURSELF! There is nothing more important than that. When we love ourselves, our capacity to love is much greater. Take this time to express your love to yourself.
Physical: As aforementioned in the article, now is the perfect time to do a spring cleaning of the body. Research and ask your doctor what fast or cleanse will work for you. Above all, have fun and think of it as a new adventure.
This or something better for the highest good of all concerned!
