*UPDATE: Global Grind has confirmed that Kile Glover’s heart stopped beating on Saturday; he was not taken off life support as previously reported.
There is still no official statement from the family.
Kile Glover, son of Tameka Raymond and entertainment executive Ryan Glover, was reportedly take off of life support early Saturday morning. He was 11.
TMZ reports doctors removed Kile from life support after it was determined that his injuries were too severe to overcome.
While floating on an inner tube in Georgia’s Lake Lanier on July 8, Kile and a 15-year-old girl were struck by a jet ski driven by Jeffrey Hubbard, a family friend.
Many celebrities have been sending Raymond, Glover and former stepfather Usher their condolences.
“CRYING, I Will Miss You Kile! Trying To Be Strong For My Foundation Trip Today. Sometimes Life Is So Unfair,” tweeted Atlanta radio host Frank Ski.
Russell Simmons stated, “I am sending out every prayer I got to Tameka, Ryan, Usher and their family… #RIPKile.”
