Where can you get the most bang for your buck in the Charlotte metro area?
The best values we’ve seen have been in the higher- end properties, where you can get the most home, amenities, and upgrades for your money. This applies to Charlotte and the surrounding areas.

If you could renovate only one, either your kitchen or your bathroom(s), which would help your resale value more?
One of the biggest selling features is the kitchen. This is the area where buyers pay close attention to the details, such as an island, fireplace, and hardwood or tile. It’s the one place where every family member hangs out no matter what age.

What’s the coolest neighborhood to live in?
I would have to say Dilworth or South End. They are very well-rounded if you’re looking for a “work, eat, play” neighborhood. You’d be close to Uptown—close to tons of events, nightlife, and amazing restaurants.
