SHE IS: The first female grand prize winner of Fear Factor and a fitness guru to the stars. Jenkins trains only celebrities and teaches an always packed class at Crunch Fitness in West Hollywood, Calif.

THE TIPPING POINT: After she helped Queen Latifah lose 25 pounds in six weeks, the calls from A-listers began pouring in.  The Canada native then released several ass-kicking DVDs and penned the best seller The Hollywood Trainer Weight-Loss Plan, which is chock-full of exercises and more than 85 recipes. She pulls out all the stops in her Bikini Bootcamp video. “I’m sore for four days whenever I do it,” says Jenkins about the 1,000-calorie-burning workout.

BODY BASICS: Jenkins has used her holistic approach and cross-training technique with Paula Patton, Robin Thicke, and Kelly Rowland, among others.

NOT A CELEBRITY?
Not to worry. Here are a few of her key tips (just in time for bathing suit season):

1. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water every day.

2. Eat only unprocessed foods.

3. Make sure that your sugar intake is 13 grams or fewer per meal or snack.

4. Do a cardiovascular workout that burns between 300 and 500 calories at least four times a week.

5. Resistance-train (power yoga, calisthenics with dumbbells, weight lifting) at least three times a week.

6. Get six to eight hours of rest daily.

7. Keep the intensity of your workouts between eight and 10 on a scale of one to 10.

8. Eat three servings of greens per day.

9.  Take in fiber (beans, corn, popcorn, brown rice, whole wheat bread, and bran, for example). It slows down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream, which helps burn fat and can make you feel full and satisfied.  Women should get at least 25 grams of fiber per day and men should shoot for at least 35.

10. Stay committed and consistent for results.
